Mission StatementCardinal Stritch University is a Military Friendly School that supports veterans, active duty service personnel, reservists, National Guard Members, and their dependents in attaining their educational goals. Rooted in the values of Catholic Christianity and inspired by the spirit of St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi and the heritage of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, Cardinal Stritch University is an academic community called to transform individuals to "approve the better things" as they discover their purpose in life.
The University encourages academic excellence, along with intellectual, spiritual, and social growth among its entire community – faculty, staff, and students of all ages, faiths, and ethnic backgrounds.
Credit for Military/Armed Services Training
The Military Education Program, working in cooperation with the American Council on Education (ACE) and the Department of Defense (DOD), assists service men and women in achieving recognition for college-level learning acquired in military life. The University will evaluate and award credit from the military (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, and Department of Defense) by applying Stritch transfer credit policies to ACE credit recommendations.
